No. Every package is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No hidden fees, no cancellation penalties.

That's totally fine on Growth and Premium packages — I include local filming days for local clients. If you're on the Starter plan or a remote client, you'll send me footage shot on your phone. I'll tell you exactly what to capture, and most business owners are surprised how quick and easy it is once they know what to get.

Each package is priced as a percentage of your monthly revenue, with a minimum floor. So if you're a smaller business, you pay the minimum ($400, $800, or $1,500 depending on the plan). As your revenue grows, the price scales accordingly — but only up to the percentage cap for your tier. It's designed so the service always makes financial sense for your business size.

Easy — you shoot short clips on your phone (I give you a simple shot list each month so you know exactly what to capture), then send them to me through Google Drive, Dropbox, or even iMessage. Most clients spend less than 30 minutes a month on this.

Your choice. Most clients prefer a quick review before anything goes live, so I send content batches in advance for approval. If you're on a higher-tier plan and prefer fully hands-off, we can set that up too. We'll figure out whatever workflow fits you best during onboarding.

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and X. Your package determines how many platforms are included, and you can always add more with the Extra Platform add-on.

Usually within a week of your onboarding call. Once we've agreed on a plan and I've gathered your brand info and access, I start building out your first month of content right away.
