The Site itself does not include a contact form or newsletter signup. Information is collected only when you choose to reach out:
- Booking a call: if you use our Calendly link to schedule a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you enter. That information is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy, not this one.
- Emailing us directly: if you email reid@wavesocial.agency, we receive whatever information you include in that message.
- Becoming a client: if you move forward with a package, we collect the business information needed to deliver the service (brand assets, account access, content, billing details), as outlined in your service agreement.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, deliver contracted services, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
The Site may use basic analytics tools to understand overall traffic (for example, how many people visit a page). Any such tool operates under its own privacy policy. Third-party services linked from this Site — including Calendly, Instagram, and TikTok — may set their own cookies when you interact with them; we don't control those.

We keep client information for as long as needed to provide services and meet any legal or accounting obligations, and take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
